 am Public Health Team and Durham Community Action

 's tackling loneliness\, providing money advice\, 
 distributing food\, supporting mental health throu

  a lasting impact. The work you do within our comm
 unities helps people live healthier lives - you ar
 e an important part of the Public Health system.</

 learning programme will support you to understand 
 Public Health and how you make a difference as par
 t of the Public Health system. You will learn wher
 e to find health data for your local area and how 
 to use this data to develop project ideas\, equipp
 ing you with practical tools\, knowledge and confi
 dence to strengthen funding applications\, demonst
 rate outcomes and showcase the value of your publi
 c health work. </span></span></p>\n \n <p><span st

 rt of a small community group or a larger voluntar
 y organisation\, this programme will help you reco
