Community Growing and Food Network Meeting – Projects Showcase

Registration is closed for this event

The Community Growing and Food Network is an online network for community organisations in County Durham that run, or are interested in running, community food and growing projects to come together to share experiences, connect with each other and discuss topics of interest.

This year we are focusing on showcasing local projects. For our first session of the year, we look forward to welcoming Colin Hemingway from Foundry Fields Allotment to talk about their community garden project and REfUSE to tell us about their pay as you feel community cafe.

We will also hear from Rich Hurst to give us an update on their current Food Durham work.

There will be an opportunity for discussion and networking with other organisations.

Attendance is free although booking in advance is required to secure places which are limited. Joining instructions will be provided prior to the meeting.
