Durham Community Action is committed to supporting Social Prescribing Link Workers across County Durham. 

We will be hosting the next County Durham Social Prescribing Link Workers Network meeting on Wednesday 5th June from 1.30pm – 4.00pm.

This will be an in-person network meeting and will take place at Spennymoor Youth and Community Association, Rushmoor, Merrington View, Spennymoor DL16 6PP.
