The theme of this forum is Ageing Well in County Durham: what are the key issues and what are we doing about them?

This forum has been convened to explore how we are supporting our ageing population and what we might do better together. Colleagues across the system are focused on responding to the needs of those 50 plus within our communities and are building programmes of work to enable better outcomes.

We are looking forward to hearing from colleagues at Age UK County Durham and hearing about the health needs analysis undertaken by Durham County Council.

Building on our last policy forum, we want to continue to share ideas about how to work better together to build inclusive evaluation of service delivery that informs decision-making.
