Share and Learn Network Meeting – Community Buildings Network: Energy Efficiency and Net Zero

We are inviting trustees and staff members of Community Centres and Village Halls to come to our next online network meeting to discuss how you make your building more energy efficient and your plans to move towards net zero.

  • We will hear from d3associates who will talk about their work on Energy Audits and developing options for energy-saving measures for community buildings.
  • Trustees at Croxdale Community Centre will speak about the improvements they have made to the building and their plans for the future.

There will also be the opportunity for you to share tips and advice in more detail in smaller breakout rooms.

What have you done that’s worked well? What lessons did you learn? Did you find it difficult to find independent advice or funding?

It will take place online on Thursday 16th May from 10.00 – 11.30am and joining instructions will be provided prior to the meeting.  Attendance is free, although booking in advance is required to secure places which are limited.

The Durham Community Action Share and Learn Community Buildings Network is a network of community organisations that run local buildings and local services. Regular meetings take place and focus on various topics including governance, funding and compliance.
