Durham Community Action

Understanding Safeguarding for Voluntary and Community Organisations – Online Session

Registration is closed for this event
To assist voluntary and community organisations in the next stage of life after lockdown, we have developed a series of short online workshops on Strategic Planning, Consultation and Engagement and Financial Management. All sessions are currently fully funded.

This session is part of our Consultation and Engagement training workshop series and is aimed at volunteer led organisations and community groups.

It will cover understanding your responsibilities and developing a safeguarding policy.

This session is also part of Safer Culture North East, a partnership between Catalyst Stockton-on-Tees, Connected Voice, Durham Community Action, Northumberland CVA and VONNE, funded jointly by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and the National Lottery Community Fund.
