Protecting your Charity’s Finances – Online Session

A series of online workshops to assist voluntary and community organisations with Volunteer Management, Consultation & Engagement, Strategic Planning, Operational and Financial Management. All sessions are currently fully funded.

This session is part of our Operational and Financial Management workshop series and is aimed at volunteer led organisations and community groups.

It will cover the practicalities of managing finance for your organisation, developing a financial controls policy to minimise risk and planning for future sustainability.

This event will take place online and joining instructions will be sent prior to the session.

Attendance is free although booking in advance is required to secure places.
