Meet the Funders 2019 - bookings now open
Our annual drop in Meet the Funders event will be taking place on Tuesday 16 July from 10am - 1pm at Spennymoor Town Hall with the opportunity to speak to funders and DCA's specialist staff. Read more

Volunteer Celebration Event 2019
To celebrate Volunteers' Week, DCA are inviting volunteers from organisations across County Durham for the opportunity to get together and share afternoon tea on Tuesday 4th June at Spennymoor Town Hall; we would like to extend this invitation to a volunteer co-ordinator/group organiser and up to 2 volunteers from each organisation. Volunteer Recruitment Fair
We are also holding another celebration event during Volunteers' Week on Friday 7th June in Durham Market Place - come along and find out how you can help your community through volunteering. Over 30 organisations looking for volunteers are attending the fair and one to one support from the County Durham Volunteer Centre will be available to help you find the right opportunity. Read more

Launch of the Taste Durham Welcome Packs
The Durham Food Hub, hosted by DCA, is launching Taste Durham Breakfast Welcome Packs to self-catering accommodations through Visit County Durham. It has been designed to introduce people to fantastic food and drink that's crafted here in County Durham and includes produce from local bake houses, kitchens, coffee companies and farms. Read more

Introduction to Innovation for the VCSE Sector
VONNE are running their fourth free introductory session on innovation for the VCSE sector in Durham on 19th june in partnership with DCA. The half day session will be led by innovation expert Michale Coates, MD of Protostar. Read more
